Artwork Guidelines

It is important to remember that we will not print or embroider any garments before they have been proofed and then approved by you. We have an experienced team who will check your order and flag any potential issues – if we have any questions whatsoever we’ll be in touch.

The best artwork to supply if you have it is vector artwork.

We can accept the following file types up to a maximum of 50Mb. Jpeg, jpg, png, svg, pdf, psd.

As a general rule, you should try to upload the best quality, highest resolution version of your logo/design that you have. If we feel that what you’ve supplied is going to produce a poor quality result, we’ll contact you to discuss how best to proceed.

NOTE: If in doubt email all your files to contact@tixprinting.co.uk

Pricing Guide

The more garments you order, the less you will pay per garment.

You’ll see the prices broken down into a quantity break structure, for example: 1-49, 50-99, 100+

Note that quantity breaks apply to the exact same product only, combining different products does not count towards the price break.

You may wish to view samples of garments in order to find the right size or assess the quality of the material. This is especially useful as you are not able to return customised garments if they are the wrong size.

To obtain samples you will need to place an order for the garments you wish to view.

Payment Options

When it comes to paying for your orders, we have you covered. With several ways to pay, your needs will be taken care of. Read on for a detailed description of the payment methods, who’s eligible for them and what types of orders they can be applied to.

We accept credit and debit card payments, providing an efficient solution that is usually easy and convenient. The payment gateway utilises advanced encryption technology, so you can be safely assured that every transaction is both secure and private.

Garment Care

Because your garment is customised it’s not as simple as reading the care label which is stitched in the garment. Please ensure the following:

  • Wash inside out
  • Wash at 30°C
  • Do not use bleach or harsh detergents/fabric conditioners
  • Do not overload the washing machine
  • Wash with similar colours and similar textured garments
  • Dry immediately after washing - do not leave garments wet
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Iron inside out using the lowest heat setting

Failure to follow the care advice will invalidate the warranty of your garments.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please email us at contact@tixprinting.co.uk.

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty.

For example: You cannot return a customised item because it doesn't fit.

If you believe we have made a mistake or there is a fault, please contact us to discuss the issue.

Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.
