We are a small family run business based in Staffordshire and are proud of our products and the smiles they bring to our customers. There are a vast number of ways to use a printer these days and over the past 5 years we have expanded to print in a number of different ways.
We now offer personalised clothing, gifts and prints, with this year launching the business clothing range.

How long is delivery?
We can only go on estimated delivery times provided, as we don't deliver parcels ourselves we cannot guarantee delivery for a certain day unless you pay for a premium service such as Tracked 24. We always aim to send before the scheduled dispatch date but please allow enough time when ordering for you orders to be made, sent & delivered to avoid any disappointment.
Tracked 48 - 2-3 working days
Tracked 24 - 1-2 working days
International Tracked - 5-15 working days
NOTE: Estimate delivery dates are not always a guarantee, orders can be delayed due for unforeseen circumstances, especially through busy periods.
When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched between 1-5 working days once we have recieved your order. We always try to get orders out as quickly as possible so please be patient especially around busy periods.
How does a DIY card work?
The blank DIY cards are designed for personalization at home. The pack includes all necessary equipment for this purpose. Please follow the provided application details. If you have any questions, refer to the product on the website for a comprehensive guide.
Where do you ship to?
Our products are shipped to both domestic and international customers.
Do you accept returns?
Any product that has been personalised is non-refundable and non-returnable.
For other items: you must request a return within 30 days of purchasing and the product needs to be unopened in its original packaging for it to be accepted. We will not refund any products that have been opened. The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs.
I need to contact you, how do I do this?
You can send an email to contact@tixprinting.co.uk or use the chat function on the website to contact us. We aim to respond to all messages within 24hours of receipt.
My item arrived damage, what should I do?
Photograph the damage and send them via email to contact@tixprinting.co.uk with your order number as the subject. We will investigate the problem and rectify it with you.
Will I get a customs charge?
We are a UK based business so all UK orders will not go through customs. However everywhere else will and I would advise to check if a charge is due before purchasing as we are not responsible for customs clearance charges.
Can you show my order being packed on TikTok?
We do get a high volume of requests to pack customers order on TikTok, whilst we do try and do as many as we can, it is not always possible to do them all.
