Orders

Will I receive a proof before my order is produced?

Yes, you will also receive a visual before your garment is sent into production, changes can be made at this point.

How will I know my order status?

We update our customers via their provided email address during each stage of the order process. You’ll know when your order has been confirmed, produced and shipped.

Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

For customised orders, you will receive a visual before your garment is sent into production, and changes can be made at this point. After your garment has been sent to production, no changes can be made.

For orders without customisation, providing the goods have not been dispatched, we should be able to accommodate your change.

Email us as soon as possible on contact@tixprinting.co.uk if you want to make any changes and we will do our best to accommodate.

Who can I speak to if I have a problem?

How do I cancel an order?

Delivery

What turnaround time can I expect on my order?

Our quick and efficient process aims to get your order to you as soon as possible, with a standard lead time of 7 working days from receipt of logo artwork for customised orders, and 4 working days for plain stock orders.

What are your shipping options?

We can deliver to any UK address, which is charged at £4.99 and FREE for orders over £100. Local collection is also available.

Are your deliveries tracked and insured?

Yes, all orders are sent on a insured and tracked service.

Can I change my delivery address?

Provided your order hasn’t been shipped, we will endeavour to make the necessary changes for you. If this is a time sensitive request then get in touch on our main email, contact@tixprinting.co.uk.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you can collect from our main office located in SureStore Stafford, ST161WQ.

If I place multiple orders, will I incur separate delivery charges?

In theory, yes, as the orders will be processed separately on their own merits. You can speak to one of our customer support team, and we will look into merging separate orders that were placed near the same time. A request of this nature needs to be made as early as possible via email to contact@tixprinting.co.uk.

What happens if my order arrives late?

We endeavour to meet our standard lead time of 14 days from receipt of logo artwork for customised orders and 4 days for plain stock orders.

If we’re anticipating a delay, rest assured that we’ll be in touch to let you know. When your order has been shipped we’ll notify you, so that you know when to expect delivery.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

Customised orders can not be returned but plain stock orders can within 30 days of dispatch.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled before the design work has been agreed. Orders that have already reached the production stage after the visuals have been signed off cannot be cancelled or changed.

My order is faulty, how do I get a replacement/refund?

While we take great care in ensuring that all of our garments are faultless before leaving our facility, should you find that your order isn’t as it should be, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can organise a replacement or refund.

Logos & Artwork

I don't have a logo/design, does this matter?

We have our own in house designer who can help you with all design work to make sure you get the best options for your business.

Will I be charged for logo set up?

No, we don't have any set-up costs or any other hidden charges.

Can I choose where my logo will be added to the products?

Yes. You can choose the location of your logo on the garment. You can also have different artwork in multiple places, our designer will be on hand to meet all your needs.

What file type should I  send my logo in?

For logos we can usually work from any file type such as .jpg .png .ai .pdf.

For printed logos we need the to file to be an outline vectored piece of artwork to ensure no detail is lost in printing the logo.

If you are unsure, our graphic designer will help guide you through the process.

Printing

What printing methods do you use?

We specialise in DTF Printing.

We use some of the most advanced DTF print technology in Europe, ensuring high quality prints that stand the test of time. Other advantages include, it provides greater flexibility over colours and quantities. Multiple colours can be used, without limitation. Won’t crack or fade over time. Quality results on light or dark fabric. Works on sportswear and other challenging fabrics, removing traditional limitations.

Which garments can be printed?

We can print logos on to many different garments including t-shirts, jackets, hi-vis clothing and many more.

DTF printing works best on polyester, recycled polyester and other synthetic materials.

What is the quality of DTF printing?

With DTF printing, you can expect a high-quality finish that’s soft to the touch compared to typical heat press transfer prints. This ensures a lighter weight feel which is perfect for sports products and mixed blend products. Direct to film printing removes the design and colour restrictions typically associated with heat transfer printing. With DTF printing you can print complex designs like photographs, the process is also well suited for simple designs like logo's or text.
